A Woman’s Concern: Pregnancy Resource Clinic exists to educate, encourage, and empower men and women to make informed life choices. Our two primary goals are to reduce the number of abortions and increase the fellowship of Believers. We accomplish these goals through three areas: 1). Teaching sexual integrity (remaining sexually pure until marriage) in the public school health classes and in the counseling rooms of the clinic; 2) Options counseling for women and couples who are unexpectantly pregnant. We do not refer for or provide abortion but give honest information on abortion procedures, risks and alternatives as well as practical support including: pregnancy test, ultrasound, pregnancy and parenting support groups, and referrals.; 3) Post abortion Recovery Counseling for those who are struggling with their past decision. All the services provided are without charge to our clients and the costs are covered by the generous donations of about 20 local churches and 120 individuals. Much of the work is accomplished through volunteers. In each area we are working we see God work in peoples lives in amazing ways. With additional resources we’d like to maximize the impact we can have on our community for Christ.
