Harvest Fields Reservation Info

  1. Calvary Church has its church offices on the second level of the main house at Harvest Fields. Grace Connections Counseling is on the first level. As a result of the transition to a chapel and office space, the maximum number of people permitted to attend an event at Harvest Fields Ministry Center will be 32 until further notice. We regret any inconvenience this may cause your organization. As soon as the restrictions are removed, we will notify you.
  2. The charge for the main building at Harvest Fields is $80 per morning or afternoon or evening ($240 for all three). For a ministry event, the charge is one half that amount.
  3. During the winter months, it is possible that we may be unable to open the road to Harvest fields, or to keep it open because of drifting. Please keep this in mind when you make your reservation. We will make every effort to keep it open, but there is the possibility that your event will be canceled due to weather.
