Kyra Quinn first began attending Calvary in 1998 at the invitation of a friend… and became a believer shortly thereafter. She graduated from Penn State in 2000 with a degree in landscape architecture, and subsequently spent a number of years working in New Jersey as a city planner. Kyra moved back to State College a few years ago and joined the Calvary staff in 2009. She is currently spearheading a project called Salt & Light – a guidebook that will shine a light on areas of need within the State College community and offer practical ways to respond to those who are hurting. Kyra also helps to maintain “myCalvary”, Calvary’s online database/information hub and in her free time enjoys reading, sports, traveling, and music.
