Ken and Joyce have been ministering to international students at Penn State since 1990 with The Navigators. For eight years prior to their ministry at Penn State the Laytons served in Seoul, Korea, where Clark and Sara were born. Ken and Joyce spend hours with new believers individually and in small groups. They study the Bible, witness, counsel, and teach. Ministering to internationals involves explaining the gospel and what it means to know Jesus Christ. It involves potluck dinners, serving students, befriending them, and helping them get settled.
