It’s been a long few weeks. Criminal proceedings. President Spanier and Coach Paterno gone. Our community is in the national news, this time for something other than a football game. A lot of campus-wide soul-searching is going on. And the worst part, we’ve been made aware of some number of kids who are dealing with incredible brokenness.
So what do we do?
1) Pray.
• Calvary's 40 Days of 24/7 Prayer: Dan and Lynn Nold are calling the Calvary family to join in 40 days of 24-hour prayer, Monday night, November 22, at midnight through midnight on New Year's Eve. If you want to join them, sign up for a day and time, for example, Mondays at 2pm. You will then be committed to 5-6 prayer slots between 11/22-12/31. If you sign up, you will receive more information to help you pray.

2) Try to gain a Biblical perspective on our current events. Don’t let your thoughts be shaped by the media. Ask God to shape your thoughts, your heart and your responses.
