Steve Lutz moved back to Happy Valley in 2008 to continue his work with college students. He and his wife, Jessica, (who met as undergrads at PSU) have three children: Samuel, Micah, and Abigail, and live in Boalsburg. Steve is the author of College Ministry in a Post-Christian Culture (The House Studio, Fall 2011). He has worked for churches and parachurch ministries in a variety of roles, and served in urban and suburban campus contexts. He gives leadership to Calvary's Classic gathering, as well as Elements, Calvary's college ministry, in partnership with the CCO (Coalition for Christian Outreach). Before returning to Penn State, he helped plant a church in Philadelphia, PA and worked with students at several Philly area schools. Steve received his M.Div from Westminster Theological Seminary. His interests include: reaching college students, starting churches, innovation and entrepreneurship, and Penn State and Philly sports.
